Cylindrical roller bearings are essential components used in various industrial applications to support radial loads and high rotational speeds. It consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, cylindrical rollers, and a cage. The inner and outer rings have raceways, and the cylindrical rollers are arranged between these raceways. The cage keeps the rollers evenly spaced and prevents them from coming into direct contact with each other. The NUP Series have two fixed ribs on the outer ring and a fixed rib with a support washer on the inner ring. This way they can be used as locating bearings, guiding the shaft axially in both directions. The ECP design provides improved strength and heat resistance, making it suitable for higher operating temperatures and demanding applications. ECP bearings feature a lightweight, glass-fiber reinforced polyamide cage that provides excellent wear resistance, low friction, and reduced noise and vibration.
